Phonological Awareness On the Go! is a collection of sixty-six, spiral bound 8.5 x 5.5 inch informational and activity cards to support the skills on the phonological awareness continuum. The activities for teaching each level of the continuum follow the gradual release of responsibility model. Each level in the hierarchy of skills, including Words in a Sentence, Syllables, Onset and Rime, and Phonemic Awareness, includes a description of the skill, an explicit lesson to teach the skill, and sentences, phrases or words for practice.
