Return Eligibility
All return requests must be made within 90 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and materials.
Items returned after 90 days will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.
- This fee is calculated based on the total cost of the returned items.
- The restocking fee helps cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs
Digital Products
All digital downloads, licenses, and electronic materials are non-refundable once accessed.
If you experience issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact our support team for assistance.
Shipping & Handling
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Region 4 error (e.g., wrong item sent, product defect).
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:
Call us at 713-744-6302 to speak with a team member.
Provide your purchase order number or last 4 digits of your credit card that was used for the order, the item(s) to be returned, and reason for the return.
Our team will provide return instructions, including where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or denied.
Important Notes
All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is approved.
